Former executive from EHR giant Epic and start-up unicorn Medable joins specialty pharmacy disruptor to accelerate growth
November 2, 2022, New Albany, Ind.: RxLightning today announced that Jared Klingeisen has been appointed as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Klingeisen will help lead the organization to expand the reach and impact of RxLightning’s industry-disrupting solution which offers pharmaceutical companies, specialty pharmacies, providers, and health systems visibility across all brands through each step of the patient journey.
Previously, Klingeisen served as Senior Vice President at Medable and played a pivotal role in the company’s growth to become a unicorn valued at $2.1 billion. Prior to that, Klingeisen served as Implementation Executive at Epic, the Electronic Medical Record giant.“Jared’s proven success as an exceptional leader at disruptive health-tech companies is an invaluable addition to RxLightning,” said Julia Regan, RxLightning’s co-founder and chief executive officer. “As chief operating officer, Jared brings next-level experience to drive our operational excellence, accelerate our strategy, and grow our platform and network.”

Klingeisen has been recognized for his contributions at previous companies and in the community, receiving numerous accolades which include being named to the InBusiness 40 under 40 list, Operations Exec of the Year, and Young Professional “On the Rise.” He holds degrees in International Business and Finance from Marquette University.
